Kelly is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA). Kelly has worked in the property industry since 2003.
Kelly is experienced in the management, submission and negotiation of major planning applications. This includes the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams, and the provision of planning strategy advice in the context of planning and regeneration policy.

She has advised on a range of high-profile instructions within Manchester and across the North West on behalf of Salboy Limited, Property Alliance Group, L&Q and Step Places. She has recently advised on Property Alliance Group’s high profile site on King Street West in Manchester City Centre, securing full planning permission and listed building consent for a 14-storey new-build office fronting onto Motor Square and the heritage-led restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed carriage works and adjoining warehouse.

Katie is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with over ten years’ experience in providing town planning advice across a number of sectors including residential, leisure, healthcare and education.
Katie has been successful in managing the planning application process from submission to determination on a range of developments of varying scale and complexity. With a strong interest in Development Management and Planning Law, she is well placed to offer strategic planning advice, particularly on complex or nuanced Sites. She is also experienced in the preparation of planning statements; the co-ordination of complex planning applications (including those requiring Environmental Impact Assessments); and the management of multi-disciplinary teams.
