Planning Appraisals / Strategy Reports
As a first step in the process we can appraise the prospects of adding value to your land and/or property by way of a planning permission or Local Plan allocation.
Pre-Application Engagement
We will engage with the Local Planning Authority on your behalf via the pre-application process so that important matters can be discussed at an early stage.
Planning Statements
We can assist you by preparing a Planning Policy Compliance Statement to support your planning application, which sets out a clear assessment of how your development accords with local and national planning policies and guidance and, where appropriate, how the benefits of your proposals will outweigh any adverse impacts.
Environmental Impact Assessments
We have experience of managing and coordinating Environment Statements in line with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 (as amended) including the preparation of EIA Screening and Scoping Assessments. Both Euan Kellie, Kelly Paddick and Ellie Philcox are Associate Members of the Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
Planning Project Management
We can manage your planning application from inception to implementation.
