Euan Kellie is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (FRICS), Chartered Town Planner (FRTPI) and Published Author who has worked in the property industry since 1999.

During this time he has worked in both the public and private sector and has an acute understanding of how to find ways to enhance the value of land and property by way of the town planning process.

His understanding of town planning and dynamics of the property industry is reflected by his book, ‘Rebuilding Manchester‘ which was published in June 2010, and republished in June 2019. Endorsed by the RICS and RIBA North West with the foreword written by the former Chief Executive of Manchester City Council Sir Howard Bernstein, the book has been highly acclaimed by many leading property professionals.

Euan is currently advising Salboy International, Domis Construction, and THG.  Euan has helped to deliver a number of major developments including Local Blackfriars, Local Crescent, 55 Queen Street and Glassworks – all of which have totalled more than 1,000 residential dwellings. Euan was also responsible for the successful co-ordination of the planning application involving the 55-storey One Heritage Tower located at Greengate adjacent to Manchester City Centre.  The complex planning application included 542 dwellings and was supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment.

Euan completed a Masters degree in Town and Country Planning at the University of Manchester between 1995 and 1999. He also secured a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development at the University of Salford between 2009 and 2010.
