Kelly is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA). Kelly has worked in the property industry since 2003.
Kelly is experienced in the management, submission and negotiation of major planning applications. This includes the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams, and the provision of planning strategy advice in the context of planning and regeneration policy.
Kelly is currently advising Domis Property Group, Salboy Limited and One Heritage. In the last 12 months Kelly has advised Domis on the redevelopment of a site in City Centre Salford for a new 26-storey tower, and has assisted One Heritage to enable commencement of their One Victora Development in Manchester City Centre. She has also continued to advise Domis on the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Castle Irwell student village site in Salford, and local charity, Dogs4Rescue on their new site in Accrington. Further afield, Kelly is also advising Maven Capital Partners on sites in Nottingham and Portsmouth.
Kelly joined Euan Kellie Property Solutions in November 2013 from Deloitte Real Estate (formerly Drivers Jonas) where she worked from 2005 to 2013. Prior to this, she worked at BDP where she gained experience of Masterplanning and its role in the Planning system, working for both private and public sector clients.
Kelly completed the Master of Civic Design (MCD) degree at the University of Liverpool between 2001 and 2003. Prior to this, she studied Human Geography (BSc) at the University of Reading.
