Tuckingmill Phase 2 proposals submitted to Cornwall Council

EKPS have submitted two applications for full planning permission to Cornwall Council on behalf of Salboy (Tuckingmill) Limited for the 'Phase 2' development at Tuckingmill, Camborne.

The applications propose the redevelopment of the Site comprising a total of 216 new homes. The development will be a mix of apartments, mews, semi-detached and detached-style properties, utilising a range of materials including stone, render and timber cladding to respond to the surrounding house styles in the area and the previously consented 'Phase 1' development which is currently under construction.

The development will also preserve and refurbish the historic North Lights building and V-Buildings on Pendarves Street, ensuring these buildings are retained in the long-term and brought back into meaningful use.

The proposals have been designed by Calderpeel Architects with on-site landscaping designed by Mei Loci.
