Seaton House proposals approved

EKPS are pleased to have secured a recommendation to grant planning permission at both the Stockport Central Area Committee and the subsequent Planning and Highways Regulation Committee on 27 April 2023, for One Heritage's proposals at Seaton House, Wellington Street, Stockport.

The proposals seek the change of use and extension to the existing building, alongside the construction of a new part 5 / part 6 storey building within the former car parking area, resulting in the development of 35 new homes, including a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

The development will make a meaningful contribution to the Council’s five year housing land supply through the delivery of the 35 new homes, and in turn, bring an increased number of residents to live within the thriving and rapidly developing town centre community.

EKPS worked alongside the Architect Day Architectural Limited, on behalf of One Heritage Group.
