Application submitted to Cornwall Council for Narrowcliff development in Newquay

EKPS has submitted an application for full planning permission to Cornwall Council on behalf of Salboy (Narrowcliff Newquay) Limited for the proposed redevelopment of the Narrowcliff site in Newquay.

The application site is currently occupied by the Hotel Bristol, two residential properties, the derelict Narrowcliff Hotel, and the Narrowcliff surgery and pharmacy.

The proposed development seeks permission for demolition of all buildings and erection of 176 dwellings and a 40 bedroom hotel within four buildings between 3 and 10 storeys, with associated access, parking and landscaping.

The proposals have been designed by Studio Power with on-site landscaping designed by Planit-IE.
