Ardwick Green proposals submitted on behalf of Step Places and One Manchester

EKPS has submitted a planning application on behalf of Step Places and One Manchester, seeking approval for 16 no. three-storey townhouses on land bounded by Ardwick Green North, Cotter Street and Niven Street in Manchester city centre.

The site falls within the Ardwick Green Neighbourhood Development Framework which was adopted by Manchester City Council in March 2021.

The proposals have been designed by Coda Architects.
