Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent Secured for The Tavern at The Black Friar
EKPS are pleased to have secured full planning permission and listed building consent for a new outside kitchen and bar area at The Black Friar pub in Salford, to be known as ‘The Tavern’.
The Tavern comprises a new outside bar and pizza oven, additional rest room facilities and a covered seating area, providing an informal outdoor area for eating and drinking as part of the restaurant offer at The Black Friar. The space will also for the hosting of private events.
EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the applications and liaising closely with Salford City Council, throughout the process.
