Two Successes in Trafford for PIC Homes

Euan Kellie are pleased to have secured planning permission on behalf of PIC homes for two sites in Timperley.

An application for the demolition of the existing building at 121 Park Road, and the construction of 5 no. new dwellings was approved by members in July 2023.  Members appreciated the quality of the scheme designed by CODA Architecture, and the development will provide 5 no. much needed family homes.

A second application for the demolition of the former Jehovahs Witness Hall on the corner of Wellington Street and Brook Close Timperley, and the construction of 4 no. new dwellings was also approved under delegated powers in December 2023. This scheme will also deliver 4 no. new family dwellings in the form of two pairs of semi-detached dwellings in a highly sustainable location.

Euan Kellie are pleased to be continuing to work with PIC Homes to discharge the relevant planning conditions and assist in bringing the schemes forward in 2024.
