Euan Kellie Obtain Approval for New Healthy Eating Restaurant in Ancoats, Manchester

Acting on behalf of Fresh Fuel Limited, Euan Kellie have been successful in securing planning permission for a new healthy eating restaurant in the Ancoats district of Manchester City Centre.

The proposal relates to a vacant property at 46 Henry Street, which was previously used as a commercial unit. The development will bring the building back into active use and enhance the character of the Ancoats Conservation Area through a series of external improvements including the creation of a new facade incorporating a zinc cladding feature and heritage brickwork.

The restaurant will complement the recent new developments that have been constructed in Ancoats, contributing positively towards its ongoing regeneration and helping to further strengthen Manchester’s nighttime economy.

Euan Kellie were responsible for managing the planning process, including coordinating the preparation of the planning application and leading negotiations with the Local Planning Authority.
