EKPS Secure Consent for Affordable Housing Scheme in Openshaw, Manchester
EKPS have secured full planning permission for the redevelopment of land off Louisa Street in Manchester on behalf of Westchurch Homes Ltd, an established North West housebuilder.
The scheme, designed by View Associates, comprises a mix of apartments, bungalows and houses delivering 100% affordable housing provision including homes for social rent and shared ownership.
EKPS were responsible for co-ordinating the application and liaising closely with Manchester City Council throughout the process.
