Permission granted for extension and refurbishment of Grade II listed King Street Townhouse in Manchester City Centre

EKPS are pleased to have secured planning permission and listed building consent on behalf of THG, allowing the extension and refurbishment of the Grade II listed King Street Townhouse in Manchester city centre.

The scheme, designed by EPR Architects, includes a new eighth floor rooftop extension and replacement of the existing façade at fifth, sixth and seventh floors.
