Euan Kellie Property Solutions has been commissioned by Roadking (Holyhead) Limited to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a proposed hotel adjacent to the Roadking Truckstop at Parc Cybi, Holyhead, Anglesey.

Prior to formal submission of the planning application to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016, the proposal is being subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below, prior to the application being submitted.
