He is a dual qualified Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) and Town Planner (MRTPI) - and Published Author - who has worked in the property industry since 1999. During this time he has worked in the public and private sector and, as Euan Kellie Property Solutions, he offers an innovative commercial approach to his clients' land and property needs.

His overriding objective is to add value to his clients' land and property assets by way of the Town Planning process. 

In recognition of his contribution to the region, Euan won the Insider North West Young Property Professional of the Year Award 2013.
