Euan Kellie is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (FRICS), Chartered Town Planner (FRTPI) and Published Author who has worked in the property industry since 1999.

During this time he has worked in both the public and private sector and has an acute understanding of how to find ways to enhance the value of land and property by way of the town planning process.

His understanding of town planning and dynamics of the property industry is reflected by his book, ‘Rebuilding Manchester‘ which was published in June 2010. Endorsed by the RICS and RIBA North West with the foreword written by Sir Howard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, the book has been highly acclaimed by many leading property professionals.

Euan completed a Masters degree in Town and Country Planning at the University of Manchester between 1995 and 1999. He also secured a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development at the University of Salford between 2009 and 2010.
