Our new service, Capitalise, was launched in May 2012.

Capitalise was formed by Euan Kellie, along with Chartered Surveyors Matt Newton and Tim Claxton, in recognition of the extent to which challenged assets require focused and decisive action to maximise out turn.

Our experience, as outlined on the website, is of working with mainland UK Banks and Insolvency Practitioners to realise an asset's latent potential.

Our objective is simple: To identify and implement market responsive solutions for our client's most challenged property assets.
